This building is a two-story office building that will serve as the new offices for Brenwick Realty. Mosele Architects is a 3,200 s.f. new building that was constructed by Catalyst for Mr. John Mosele, Architect at the Village of West Clay. This building is a two-story office building that will serve as the new offices for Mosele Architects and a first floor hair salon for Marci J Salon.
 

Both of the buildings were constructed independently, however are 1” apart from each other using a common footer.
