Catalyst Construction was selected as to be on the JUS-COM Design / Build Team for their new headquarters building located at 96th Street & I-69. This 27,000 s.f. facility will be home to their entire Indianapolis operations and includes a second floor office area that is available for lease. The site was developed from a previously undeveloped piece of land consisting of approximately 1.3 acres of land. Sitework included raising the site an average 16” and included new storm sewers, sanitary sewers, and water main extension. Electrical transformers and permanent power were brought to the site during the sitework phase.

The interior construction includes approxiamtely 4,500 s.f. of new offices on the first floor and approximately 6,000 s.f. of offices on the second floor. The balance of the building is warehouse.
