Flagstar Bank was essentially a new building that incorporated a portion of the existing building located on the site. The bank branch is a prototype design that included a complete renovation to the site including new parking lot entrances, new landscaping, and new landscaping islands.

The interior of the branch included glass partition walls, interior finishes, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing scopes of work. Catalyst was also responsible for the coordination, delivery, and installation of the bank’s equipment vendors throughout the construction process.

This project was submitted to the Masonry Council Awards program for consideration in their yearly awards program.
