​Klipsch Audio Technologies Inc. relocated their international headquarters to this existing building located in College Park on Indianapolis’ northwest side. Catalyst Construction Management renovated several of the building areas including the following areas:
 

Renovated Areas:
Atrium Areas, Terrace Level Restrooms, Fitness Center, Kitchen & Cafe Area, and the Executive Suites on the Third Floor of the building. The Terrace Level of the building was renovated to house the sound engineering group, testing labs, and several rooms to demonstrate their speakers to prospective clients.

Research & Development Building Addition:
10,000 square foot building addition that houses the state of the art “Anechoic Sound Chambers”. In addition to the anechoic rooms the building addition included testing labs and a speaker box fabrication lab.
